I am a licensed Broker Associate in the state of Florida and a licensed Realtor in state of Pennsylvania. This is my full time job, which I take very seriously. Real Estate is what I do full time all the time. I pride myself on being honest, responsive and accessible to my clients. Over the years, it has been my pleasure to help many families with selling or buying their condos or homes. First time home buyers, secondary vacation homes, beach condos, real estate investors and home sellers, I have helped many different clients buy or sell their properties. There are a lot of things that come into play when you are working with a client, but the most important of them all is to listen and understand client’s goals and objectives. That is what I do best.

I specialize in South Florida beach front condos and homes, either on the Island or Inracoastal. Have concentrated mainly on Hollywood Beach, Hallandale Beach, Golden Beach, Sunny Isles Beach, Aventura, Bal Harbor, Eastern Shore, Surfside Florida and surrounding area. I have, and will work with clients outside of this area as long as I feel that I can provide proper service to the customer, which is my primary goal.

My familiarity with construction process has been an asset to many of my clients; I know what is involved, where and who to contact to get the answers. I nailed my first 2x4 at the age of 14 while helping my dad with some odd jobs. Buying and or selling is emotional and at times frustrating process, it is my goal to keep things running smooth from the very beginning to the closing. The greatest satisfaction is the look on my clients face after they have sold or bought their home.

I operated a successful business for 15 years. With 8000 client base I know what it is to work with people, manage employees and operate a business. Continuously growing my sales annually my business tripled over the 15 year period of my ownership. Even now as I run into my past customers, they still talk about how satisfied and appreciative they were with my service. Funny thing is that I do not feel like they where my clients, my relationship has always been as their friend.
Previous to that I was a production manager for Electronics Company, manufacturing vacuum measuring equipment for space, heat treating and scientific research.
