Hello, I’m Wouter Gheysen, business coach and consultant. I work solo entrepreneurs and small business in building better businesses and get more clarity on their business.

My passion is all about new business models to build sustainable companies. A part of the business model innovation is finding new revenue models.

I use a broad range of frameworks, like Business Model canvas, Design Thinking, Constellations to achieve the best result for my clients.

With a degree in industrial engineering and an additional master in commercial sciences ­ human resource management I have gained experience in various domains for companies like KONE, Accenture and Euroclear.

Combined with my curiosity for business models, psychology, social media and personal growth this allows me to operate from a very wide baseline.

I start every coaching session with the assumption that you are the very best in your field, demonstrating by means of proven methods and techniques that a different point of view can generate a whole new outcome.
