William Paddock

William Paddock is the founder and managing director of WAP Sustainability Consulting. Over the last decade, William has become a trusted leader as a sustainability expert for government, academic and corporate entities. William offers a unique blend of business and environmental experiences that compliments his decade of environmental affairs experience. William is a graduate of the University of Alabama with a B.S. in Environmental Science and holds a MBA from The Institute for Sustainable Practice at Lipscomb University. Over the last ten years, William has worked with a variety of Fortune 100 companies, federal agencies, local governments and non-profits, including category leaders in the consumer products industry. William is an adjunct professor of Advanced Sustainable Enterprise at the Institute for Sustainable Practice and the Founder and Executive Director of the Center for Sustainable Business. In 2009, William became a graduate of the Environmental Leadership Institute and was honored as a speaker at the American Leadership Academy. He serves on the Nashville Chamber of Commerce Green Jobs Task Force, Tennessee Sustainability Roundtable and as the Chairman of the Tennessee Green Business Awards Committee. He is also a Trained Climate Presenter for Al Gore's, The Climate Project.
