My name is Alejandro Palacio Arbelaez . All my life I've been in the city of

Medellín. I am 34 years old. I have a sister and I lived a long time with her

and my mother. Right now I live with my girlfriend . I have three pets. They are beautiful cats . I like football and I do it a long time ago. I also enjoy

watching horror movies and reading . I can recommend the book White

House beautiful , the Colombian writer Fernando Vallejo.

I study Food Engineering at U of A. I am academic degree with an emphasis on pedagogy. I studied at the school Normal superior de Medellin .I am a respectful , loyal and honest person.

RECIPE

HOT DOGS

ingredients:

2 sausages

2 Bread for sausage

1 onion

1 tomato

200 gramme of potato chips

mayonnaise

mustard

ketchup

Preparation:

Cook the sausages in of boiling water. Remove from the water when they are tender and cooked.

Cut the onion into pieces. Remove it and do the same with tomato. Take the potato chips and flatten until they are in small pieces.

Open the breads of sausage, and sausage placed in each of them, for mounting the hot dogs, cover with onion, tomato and potato chips.

Place enough mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard.

go see a movie with someone, and eat pop corn.

DESCRIBING MY NEIGHBORHOOD

I live in Belen. I loved it, beacuse there are lots of parks and shopping malls. There is a beautiful library, there are also schools. The main church called Nuestra señora de Belen. The church is between the supermarket and pharmacy. Every day I walk with my dog. I usually run at night and the whole place is quiet and peaceful. My family is very happy here.
