I am passionate about developing cellular agriculture technologies to reduce the negative impacts of industrial livestock production on animal welfare, human health, and the environment - and create new food products that taste amazing!
I'm a Colorado native who loves the outdoors. When I'm not working you can find me trail running, skiing, mountain biking, or practicing my photography skills!
