While most kids were putting on shoulder pads for football practice, I was learning the fundamentals of customer service. I began working for my great-uncle at the age of eleven so that I could buy the "things" my parents couldn't afford. By fourteen I had keys to the store.

I quit working for "things" a long time ago. Now I work to put ideas in motion.
