Wendy is a Project Manager for HCM Revolution the new product offered by Payroll Network. She is the primary communicator with Payroll Network clients, assessing their needs, setting up demos geared toward those needs, following up and creating proposals for them. she ensures client satisfaction by maintaining the pulse of our clients’ needs.

Wendy completes assignments as an HR Generalist/Director to clients who contract for HR services to support their business. She also is responsible for completing HR consulting projects within Payroll Network and providing back up support to the sales team.

Wendy is also a Professional Leadhership/Life Coach and has coached clients from a wide variety of organizations including Johns Hopkins, UMBC Women’s Basketball Team, Green America and Marriott.

BUSINESS & ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE

Wendy has led teams and mentored individual managers to success throughout her 24 year career with Marriott. She created a Leadership Legacy Program and promoted over 140 hourly employees into management positions throughout the company. She opened a 750 room hotel in Baltimore Maryland and successfully staffed it with quality employees in a market that has high unemployment. As a result of the staffing and talent development strategies, the hotel has maintained a customer satisfaction rating of 88% for the past 12+ years.

As the Market Director of Human Resources she facilitated Human Capital Reviews of high performing managers and created a pipeline of talent to fill open leadership positions. She lead a Training Manager to execute training courses to prepare the high performing managers for their next leadership roles.
