Wael Raslan is a PMO Director with over 24 years of experience leading mega-scale hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use projects across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and East Africa. He is recognised for transforming complex operational challenges into streamlined, data-driven success stories that align with long-term business goals.

Currently serving as PMO Director at Finest Hospitality Integrated Solutions, Wael leads cross-functional teams delivering turnkey hotel solutions, including FF&E, OS&E, commercial kitchens, and technical fit-outs. He specialises in building and institutionalising PMOs from the ground up, deploying ERP-driven workflows, and embedding Six Sigma analytics to drive performance and predict risk.

His project portfolio includes landmark developments with global hospitality brands such as Hilton, Le Meridien, and Crowne Plaza — where he has managed full lifecycles from concept through commissioning and handover. Wael’s leadership style combines deep technical fluency with strategic foresight, enabling him to align operational execution with corporate vision and market dynamics.

Wael holds PMP® and PMO-CP certifications and is currently pursuing his MBA (2024–2026) to enhance his business leadership and executive decision-making capabilities.
