Starting my own Recruiting Consulting business is something I have dreamed of for a very long time. My journey to this place in my life has been profound and I have no doubt I am exactly where I am supposed to be. Being a connector has always come naturally to me. I have been able to create a profession for myself which allows me to channel my abilities to interpret people, understanding the essence of someone through conversation. There is no better feeling than when I can facilitate a door being opened for someone's career and watch my client's business flourish through the accomplishments of the person I have connected them with-- it' a rush!
