I’m a writer, artist, and designer.

My mother would rather I’d be a doctor or a lawyer with practical thoughts and substantial income, but that’s beside the point. The fact is that I’m an idealist and an escapist, having dabbled in many forms of artistic expression. Yet, for the past thirteen years, I have consistently returned to writing, and writing Speculative Fiction is where I stay because you can’t prove a damn thing.

My partner and myself have hundreds of characters (each!) who have written, are writing, or will write, and in several different worlds. Then we go all crazy and publish them ourselves under our joint publishing venture Raventide Books.

That's three years of indie pubishing experience in novel writing, book formatting, and web design. We do all of it because we love the process, but you know what? I totally get that every indie author won't.
