Steven is currently a Product Support Specialist for Will Electronics in Saint Louis, MO. Steven and his wife Kristy are parents to two children. Steven has over 14 years worth of technology experience ranging from roles in computer production, computer technical services, digital video, IT Administration, website development, .NET programming, and research & development. Steven has an A+ certification in computer software/hardware as well as recognition of service with Microsoft as a private beta tester and Funcom as an alumni of the ARK customer service program.
