Thanks for visiting my about.me page. I decided to use a Q&A format to tell you about me. So, let's get acquainted:

Are you an introvert or extrovert? I consider myself a "centra-vert". It's a term I made up, which means I don't fall neatly into either the introvert or extrovert categories, but rather, I tend to fall in the center, or middle. I enjoy and seek out small-group social interactions, taking on leadership responsibilities, playing team sports, and debating current events. Those are extrovert characteristics. But unlike extroverts, I recharge through introvert activities by carving out lots of time to be alone with my thoughts, reflect, meditate, read, and just chill out.

What do you like to do for fun? I enjoy playing team sports. Soccer and volleyball are my favorite. I've played on the same mens soccer team for 13 years. I think it’s the combination of competition and camaraderie that I most enjoy. Like hanging out with the guys after a soccer game to enjoy a beer and talk about the game and life in general.

What is your vocation/profession? I've spent the majority of my career in the Information Technology industry; initially in technical positions, but mostly in Account Management and team leadership roles. My work-life passion is in fostering and facilitating teamwork that leads to client-focused, highly productive teams. I am equally comfortable in an IT solutions sales leadership role as I am in an enterprise delivery leadership role. I'm always on the look-out for better ways of doing things, so I tend to thrive in organizations that value entrepreneurial expression.
