Yuhki currently teaches English in a rural Japanese town 3 hours north of Tokyo. He hopes to become a science and/or Japanese teacher in the US in the near future.

While in Japan, he would like to travel to all 47 prefectures, learn more about Japanese culture, and become a ninja.

When Yuhki isn't teaching, he enjoys playing taiko, taking part in local matsuri, and playing soccer, futsal, and kendo. He also likes to create opportunities for local twenty to thirty-somethings to interact with resident foreigners. He is passionate about good food, traveling, photography, and matsuri.
