Welcome!

I'm a busy father and husband juggling the demands of modern society with my athletic pursuits. Somewhere in that mix I have to eat a meal that will be healthy and help me attain my goals.

After many years of being a successful NYC photographer my family moved to a small Connecticut shoreline community to strike a better balance. Along the way I became good carpenter, a coffee roaster, and a Q coffee grader. I now devote my time to blogging, training, and cooking.
