Wua Msughve Isaac, fondly known as the "Intentional Village Teacher", is a skilled tailor, passionate educator, an EdTech enthusiast and dedicated education reform champion. Founder of The Mathstars Africa Initiative, M.I Dressmakers Academy andconvener of The A-List Teachers Series, General Secretary YALI Network Benue.

I saac Hails from Ushongo LGA, Benue State and holds a first degree in Food Science and Technology, a Professional Diploma in Education, and duely registered and certified with Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria. He is an alumnus of the Teach For Nigeria Fellowship and the UN SDSN Global School Advocate Program. A certified Microsoft Innovative Educator, AiTeacha Pioneer and Certified Trainer, Africa Development Agenda 2063 Ambassador, Teachers Naija Reality TV Show Ambassador, and a Mentor in the 1Million Teachers network.

Isaac has over 7 years of experience in education, cutting across, classroom teaching, coaching, and developing fellow educators, designing effective programs, and fostering meaningful relationships with stakeholders. He is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Social Development Standards, focusing on improving educational equity in underserved communities.

He's committed to Teacher Training, Instructional Design and Professional Development Coaching/Mentorship helping teachers, students and young people develop 21st century softskills and digital skills for personal and work place effectiveness. Recipient of the 2023 Global Teachers Assembly Teacher of the year Award in Professional Development, The 2024 Global Teachers Award for Training, Professional Development and Human Capital Development.

Isaac stands as tall as a beacon of knowledge and inspiration poised to offer valuable contributions from his knowledge, skills, and experiences to building and supporting Innovative solutions to educational problems while volunteering, collaborating, networking and learning from fellow industry players.

Via his trainings and mentorship, Isaac plans to grow his impact by offering professional support to teachers, students and young people especially in underserved communities, buttressing on Educational Technology, Vocational Skills Development, Education for Sustainable Development, Mathematics in STEM, Digital Equity, Gender Responsiveness, Leadership, Growth Mindset, and recently, Agricultural Extension Services for Food Security.

He continues to volunteer for various education and community development projects.
