Walter Wirtz

After spending a little over 11 years in Management, training, and call business, Walt (as his friends call him) decided to develop his passion in the visual arts fields. This business mindset allows him to expand on the clients' needs seeking to fill not only a visual need but one to solidly communicate the clients' product. Worked as a freelance illustrator and T-shirt designer and then moved on to found Wirtz Animation, an independent studio that provides traditional and 2D animation, Character concepts and development, storyboards, and editorial illustrations.

Graduated from Brooks College in Long Beach, CA in Animation Science, with complimentary coursework in Graphic Design, computer illustration, and Architecture. Currently working as a Creative consultant/Illustrative designer independently, and as a Graphic designer at Fondo de Tierras (a public Rural development organization in the socual comunications coordination).
