Wesley has lived in the Windsor area all of his life, and was educated through the local school system. He attended The Lawns Nursery, Oakfield First School, Trevelyan Middle School and The Windsor Boys' School.
At Windsor Boys’ he was part of the Boat Club, where he won Henley Royal Regatta and represented Great Britain. He later rowed for the University of London, gaining a Purple as a member of the First VIII and rowing at the Under 23 World Championships.
In 2012, Wesley was part of a team of parents who helped found The King’s House School, Windsor - the first new school in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead for decades. He is also a former governor of The Windsor Girls’ School.
In May 2015 he was elected as a Councillor for the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead to represent the Castle Without ward (central Windsor) and is a member of the Children's Services Overview and Scrutiny Panel, the Licensing Panel and the Policy Committee.
Wesley works as an investment analyst and was formerly on the staff of King’s Church International. He is married to Wilana and has four sons.
Wesley has a BSc in Economics from Royal Holloway, University of London and a Masters in Environment and Development from The London School of Economics. He was called to the Bar by the Middle Temple after completing the Graduate Diploma in Law and Bar Vocational Course at BPP Law School.
