Andrea smudges the lines between Illustration, Fine Arts, and Surface Design. Her illustrations have been published for editorials, ad campaigns, products, books, the web and textiles.
She attended the University of North Carolina School of the Arts in high school and continued on at Parsons School of Design in New York City receiving a BFA in Illustration with honors. She has received recognition and awards from The Association of Alternative Newsweeklies, The Beverage Packaging Global Design Awards, Print and AIGA. Andrea has been featured in interviews for Digital Creative Arts, SBS Digital Design and Dynamic Graphics magazine.
Andrea also sells prints of her unique landscapes, flora and fauna. Her present medium is vector. Modernism 1880-1945 inspires her as she fuses traditional fundamentals behind creating art with today's era of hyper technology.
She loves trail running, metaphysics, Vincent Van Gogh, her Cherokee roots, Australian licorice and all shades of red.
