Where to begin...Let me start from the present day and work my way backwards! I currently reside in Vegas and yes, as cliched as it may be, I like to play poker...although not with real money (yet). I came here in October from the UK, where I held positions as Food and Health Editor of Slim at Home magazine, as well as contributing to magazines such as Light and Easy, Natural Health, Tastes of Britain, Organic Gardening magazine and numerous other websites and magazines. I launched my career in print media as a budding reporter for a local newspaper. Over the years I've packed in extensive globe trotting, volunteering in an orphanage, teaching in China, rally driving, bungee jumping, abseiling and hiking for charity, to name a few!
