Our mission : Tizin T wori, a Tamazight name “lets work”, we believe in hard work and integrity to recover the vital humanity purpose of commerce.

My tools : Being an inheritor of my Grand father “Al Igrari” after whom the village is named, a prominent scholars in social psychology in the 18th century, I was influenced by his philanthropy, in 1993, I graduated with North American BA University Degree, Major in Marketing and computer Science, started my career, I always brought my human touch into my work.

In 2000, I immigrated to the United states where I assisted my brother to open a small business, computers repair shop in Ct, An American company, still running and in good shape, despite the weak economy.

I sum almost 20 years experience in marketing and direct sales at fortune 500 companies. I enjoyed business Grandeur and I suffered their Decadence, though, I always kept an Argan Oil in my purse close tomy heart, never missed a chance to talk about and share it. Fluent in 3 languages with a great communication skill in two others, I discovered diverse organizational and social cultures, beliefs and emotions.

Suddenly, the end of 2008, the business crush, our American dream seemed to fade, our precious credit score, we worked so hard to keep was going down.

For the sake of the humanity, I got inspired; I found healing and compassion at the source, I followed Ayet Laine inspiration and Business philosophy, I launched my Argan Oil business whene women of my village formed the cooperative. We and you are the source, women of the village produce the most authentic Argan Oil directly to you. Meanwhile, I work with local labs in LA to come with a great Argan Oil beauty lines.
