Beatrice Alexandra Forgione

Beatrice Alexandra made her professional debut dancing for George Balanchine in Geneva, Switzerland, at age 7, when Maestro Balanchine personally selected her from Geneva's School for the Grand Theatre of Ballet for his production of The Carnival of the Animals. A member of Actor's Equity and Screen Actor's Guild, Beatrice may be familiar to New York audiences from her performances in Meet Me in St. Louis, The Unsinkable Molly Brown, The 1940's Radio Hour, I Ought to be in Pictures, and Die Fledermaus. Over the years, Beatrice has performed her one woman show in numerous venues and famous New York City cabarets, most recently at The Metropolitan Room,the Algonquin's Oak Room , Don’t Tell Mama, and was lead singer with the MAC award nominated group Swingirls. She has appeared at Sweet Basil's, Jan Wallman's, Eleonora's, and the Supper Club, as well as The Essex House with the swing trio Alexandra, David & Moran and a few years ago, had the distinct honor of performing at the star-studded 90th birthday celebration for jazz legend Lionel Hampton at New York's Plaza Hotel. Beatrice has traveled the globe with her one-woman cabaret show, headlining on Royal Cruise Line, American Hawaii Cruises, and Norwegian Cruise Line.
