Fred Harrell

I moved to San Francisco 14 years ago to start a church of all things. Our motto was "let's start a church that you can bring your friends to that tries to always remember what it's like NOT to believe." Well, people brought their friends. Now I'm pastoring a church of 1700 attenders in two locations and City Church of San Francisco is doing all it can to serve, love, and bring physical, social, emotional, and spiritual healing to San Francisco. From painting underfunded schools, to helping people get off the street and back to purposeful lives, mentoring at risk youth and children, providing counseling services, and yeah, pointing people to Jesus, who we follow in mission, City Church believes God loves San Francisco, and desires it to flourish. I'm from Florida originally, played a little college football (Go Gators!) , and love sports, books, wine, film, and hanging with my family.
