Welcome to Scratchtrack World. I am DJ Prime Minister a.k.a. The Scratch Dali. I communicate how i see the World thru my Record Collection, and my Scratching Skills. I have coined the term for my art form 'Scratchtracknology: the Delicate Art of Scratch Arrangements over Music'. I am not the first artist to perform this art, yet i am the first artist of this nature. And i am eager to share that and other opinions, observations, thoughts, and discoveries with the World....... In addition to my own songs, i have done Audio Commercials, and Radio Show 'Scratch' Introductions....!
