Lawrence Gamm

Lawrence was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois and He has for the last 35 years worked in the in the construction business successfully building and completing many large commercial and industrial buildings throughout the Chicago and suburban areas

Lawrence is a past member of the Village of Buffalo Grove, Illinois Planning Commission and served on its board for five years.

He was President of the Northern Illinois Chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) and also was on the board of directors and served on various committees within the Chapter. He has also served on various committees’ for the Chicago Builders Association.

Lawrence recently moved to Arizona in July of 2009, and restarted his construction consulting business ; Gamm Partners, Inc., at GPI; we review the General contractor’s application for payment by verifying the accuracy of the submittal that the work is in place at the time that the application was submitted to the owner or lender. We guarantee that you will never have to worry about over paying the contractor for any work that wasn’t installed.

We also provide an analysis of the construction schedule noting in our project status report if the project is on schedule or running behind.

We also provide construction services from consulting on design build to building code review and permitting to interior tenant improvement consulting. “WE ARE YOUR EYES AND EARS.”
