John Espinosa

I was born in Long Beach, California in 1969. I moved to Argentina when I was 5 years old where I become fluent in Spainsh. I was a semi-professional soccer player and moved back to USA to play soccer for a University in Virginia. I moved to Idaho in 2003 when my father had a massive strock to help take care of him and spend time with him before he passed away. I had a career in Hotel management for 11 years at the Hotel Intercontinental in downtown Miami, Florida but when I moved to Idaho I wanted to get into the Real Estate industry. I did my schooling in August of 2003 and was licensed in September of 2003. My first complete year in the business I was the rookie of the year for REMAX with 36 transactions closed and in my second year I was realtor of the year at REMAX with 64 transactions closed. Last year I earned my spot in the REMAX Hall of Fame and I have been in the 100% REMAX club 7 out of my 8 years in the business. I love to work with first time home buyers and investors. They say my best quailty of service is communication. I know how important it is to be available at anytime for my clients or to call right back if busy at the time of the call. I would love to earn your trust and friendship and be there for you anytime you have a question or need information about the current Real Estate market. Don't hesitate to contact me, I'm never too busy for you or your referrals. Take care and God bless! John Espinosa
