Norman Kumagai

I am a third generation, Caiifornia native born son. Married to a wonderful woman. Have received a Bachelors Degree in Landscape Architecture from California Polytechnic @ San Luis Obispo, California and have practiced designs, construction management and maintenance advisory since 1983. I enjoy the outdoors, keep actve with a moderate athletic lifestyle. I am 58 years of age and can only be optimistic of what ls ahead.
