I qualified in 1986 as a solicitor and practiced on my own from November 2000 to October 2014., I now operate as a consultant from Freeman Harris. I have extensive experiance of common law based litigation in English Courts. In my time I have acted for many composite insurers &Loyds syndicates defending negligence claims against their insured. This included straight forward accidents, industrial disease & professional negligence.I now act exclusively on behalf of members of the public and often do so on what is known as no win no fee basis.
