Avon will deliver your orders direct to you, and you deliver to your customers and collect the money. Once you have collected your money you will pay yourself and Avon for the products ordered.
If you are looking for a larger income and have at least 10 hours per week you can also choose to be an Avon Sales Leader, where you'll also train others to become representatives and earn additional commission.
This job works well around your existing commitments so whether you work full time / part time or have children this role has total flexibility.
