Hello, I’m Lucy Proulx — a passionate Realtor®, entrepreneur, and lifelong creative dedicated to helping people achieve their dreams, whether that’s finding the perfect home or designing a life they love.

Originally from Honduras, I earned my Business Administration degree from the University of Honduras, and later attended UCLA, where I completed my MBA in International Marketing. This blend of international education and business acumen has shaped the strategic, results-driven approach I bring to every client relationship.

Fluent in Spanish, French, and English, I’m proud to serve clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures, ensuring communication is always clear, personal, and effective.

I proudly support Share Our Strength, a nonprofit organization committed to ending childhood hunger in our communities and across America. Giving back and helping others thrive is at the heart of everything I do.

When I’m not assisting clients, you’ll often find me paddle boarding, swimming, traveling, skiing, or enjoying equestrian polo — my lifelong passion. I believe in living life with enthusiasm, curiosity, and gratitude.

But above all, my greatest joy is my family. My children inspire me daily with their drive and dedication:

• Nicole Proulx (WSU) – My #1 swimmer and all-around powerhouse.
• David – A talented swimmer and cross-country runner.
• Michael – A gifted equestrian polo player and swimmer.

Their discipline, spirit, and perseverance remind me that success comes from hard work and heart. They are truly my legacy to the world — and to that, I say: World, you’re welcome! 💙
