The roots of my careers when i started my to study social issues and got involved with social instituions in the year 0f 2002. i felt that "In the time when the recent development strides have been made in the urban areas where there is total transformation seen in the urban life style the life of average person in the village is devoid of basic needs. Water, security of food and health for the family especially for children, education for the women and girl child, employ ment for the youths, basic amenities at the village, inadequacy of relevant platforms which can address and engage on behalf of poor people, slow death of aspiration of common people are the biggest challenges before the sensitive and committed persons and the administration" can i support small percentage of them through my entire career with them. i am on the journet to find the answer
