Born in New Britain, CT. Attended ST. Mary Parochial, Washington, Jr. High & New Britain High School. Joined the Army Band & was assigned to the 298th AGF Band in Berlin, Germany. Served with Chet Baker & Bob Badgely. Attended the Julius Hartt School of Music in hartford. Led the Sebby Papa Big Band from 1960 to 2001. Played trumpet & flugelhorn.
