Wyatt Martin is a second generation Realtor® serving the greater Grand Rapids area. After graduating from East Grand Rapids High School, Wyatt earned an Economics degree from the University of Colorado. After a brief stop over in Chicago, he returned to Grand Rapids and hasn’t looked back since. Having spent a few years away from home, Wyatt has a great appreciation for West Michigan and all that it has to offer.

Wyatt credits his success to putting his client’s needs first and staying well informed on the movements of the market. Past clients have described him as trustworthy, attentive, and enthusiastic. He was named as the Rookie of the Year for Greenridge Realty in 2013, and was elected to take part in the Grand Rapids Association of Realtors Leadership Academy in 2014. Wyatt specializes in the market he knows best, East Grand Rapids. Wyatt enjoys spending his free time golfing, traveling, and exploring Grand Rapids and the surrounding areas.
