Carpe diem! Don't put off what you can do today.

I am a seeker looking for my purpose in life. I have a passion for leadership and people development, it's amazing what the human mind is capable of. A life student of behavioural science, I hope to one day be able to make a significant difference in people's lives to help them develop, grow and realise their potential. My challenge, I am an introvert at heart. Yes! Leaders can be introverts but it's not without difficulty, more so than our extroverted counterparts. I find my introvert personality to be an asset, I enjoy observing human behaviour and have learned quite a bit from this over time. I wouldn't be where I am today if not for that learning. Asked 10 years ago if I would be doing what I am doing today, I would respond, maybe in an alternate universe.
