Xiolesmy Alfonso

I am Aeronautical Engineer from San Buenaventura University and currently student of "Alta Gerencia" specialization in Nueva Granada Military University. My professional interests range from innovation to engineering design, my entire career at university I focused my projects in research. I am also interested in entrepreneurship and renewable energy.

I have professional experience in aircraft maintenance control, quality control processes, Safety Management System and administration processes. My professional life project is to gain more experience in my field, do a master degree related with renewable energies and in some point, i would like to unify all my passions and start my own business related with aeronautic, renewable energies and research.

So far I have enjoyed this virtual experience by learning a lot about administration and changing the way of seeing life, systems, organizations, how to work, learn and interact with other people. For these reason I love to be part of this virtual community and I know I will still enjoy it.
