Initial background in mathematics (Ms.C), statistics and economics (Engineer) but my passion for a healthy living and music couldn't be hindered anymore. I love the creative part of music, it is an active meditation to me.

Now working as nutrition-fitness-wellness coach, I am a mind-body-spirit architect. Helping people adopt the right state of mind and coaching them achieving their wellness goals has become an addiction. Co-founder of AlphaShape, I am letting my passion and drive transpire in that company to make a broader and wider impact.

I am obsessed with personal growth and instead of keeping it theoretical I make it a practice. I am always in the process of becoming, and by becoming more, I can help others be more!
