ABOUT ME

I am the CEO, Xavison Integrated Farm. The farm was founded after my National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme in 2017, and based in Aliero, Kebbi State, Nigeria.

As the CEO, I establish the farm to address food security challenges in the local community and to promote eco-friendly agricultural practices.

Our operations are guided by a commitment to environmental stewardship, and the use of sustainable methods such as implementing water quality management systems and developing natural feed formulas for optimal livestock health and growth.

One of the farm's core innovation lie in integrating environmentally friendly agricultural practices within traditional agriculture. For example; we utilize the waste from poultry operations as organic fertilizer for crops, enriching the soil without relying on synthetic chemicals.

This circular approach, enhances soil fertility, while reducing waste and minimizing our ecological footprint. Additionally, we implement advanced breeding techniques and careful monitoring of water quality in our fish farms, which ensures high yield and quality of produce, while preserving natural resources.

Our commitment to community involvement is another major component of our work at Xavison Integrated Farm. We regularly hold training sessions for local farmers, sharing knowledge on sustainable practices and providing insights into efficient farm management.

By empowering small-holder farmers, and promoting sustainable agriculture within the community, we aim to foster a "ripple effect" of environmentally conscious practices across the region.
