Xavvy is known for delivering innovative and thought-provoking messages to youth audiences, empowerment and development movement and often requested to mentor other young people. He humbly accepted his calling to inspire others believing that he is born for a reason and designed for a mission.

He considered himself as a product of the past and a rebuilt of the present, and still a person being molded by/for the future. He wants to learn and keep on learning because he believes that will make him a better person.

His personal advocacy in life is to be an agent of change for the better, guided by this principle that what is right must be kept right and what is wrong must be set right.

In his heart-desire to help the children and youth in his province, he founded the Kabataan para sa Kauswagan on July 4, 2012, a volunteer youth organization that unites, mobilizes and amplifies child development and youth voices and participation in Northern Samar which aims to empower children and youth to become drivers of change. His cause is focus for the poor school kids and youth in the rural remote communities.

He is a motivational speaker and a youth consultant. One of his best significant accomplishments was when he was one of the Honorary Academic Person at the 2nd and 3rd International Academic Exchange Project held in Bangkok, Thailand in 2013 and 2014. He was the youngest speaker. Also, he represented the country in various international tilts. He has been speaking in various youth leadership, empowerment and development summit.

In 2014, he was named the Outstanding UNESCO Club Youth Leader of the Philippines - Young Professional Category. He has received a lot of citations on youth leadership and volunteering activities.

Volunteering has always been his passion. He is making a difference to others in his own simple ways. He strongly believes that "being good is commendable, but it becomes useful only when it it is combined with doing good".
