In the last few years I have discovered that there are no limits to whatever you want to do. Everything is possible... and the only thing you have to be aware of is that not everything is ok to achieve your goals.
You have to be prepared to manage change, whichever it may be .... although it's much better if - sshhhh! don't tell anyone - if you motivate change.
