Xayla Wilson

NĭHăo! Xayla is currently an enrolled student at the University of Georgia located in Athens, Georgia. Beyond her affinity for academics, she has been dedicated to athletics and community service. Xayla’s academics are only surpassed by her commitment to leadership and being a role model. She was the Vice President of G.E.M.S (Gracefully, Empowering, Matriculating, Sisterhood) this is a woman empowering organization, and charter member of Junior State of America Carver Early College Chapter. She held membership in National Honor Society, National Beta Club, character member of Rho Kappa National Social Studies Honor Society, mentor with Alpha Omega Mentee/Mentor Program and Trendsetters, and Editor for Yearbook. Athletics round out her commitment and talents; she was the Co-Captain of Girl’s Golf Team and Softball Team Manager. Upon completing the Atlanta Bar Summer Law Paid Internship Program and studying aboard in China in 2014, her love for International Affairs and Finance was solidified. Consequently, Xayla plans to attend the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. Her further career plans include becoming an International Marketing Manager.
