Executive Directions started its operations in April 2004. Its mission has always been to “Develop Senior Executive Careers”.Originally this was achieved through a combination of executive search and executive coaching together, however in 2008 the focus shifted to senior executive coaching and consulting services.This was an important shift in becoming more client focused, as our clients are senior executives who are wanting to get more out of their careers.
