I am a Trinidad & Tobago native who moved to the United States to further my education. I have always led an active lifestyle but decided to take it to the next level in 2011 when I started training for my first Figure competition. I earned my IFPA Pro card in my 2nd competition and continue the pursuit to Xellence in the drug-free natural figure competition arena.

Competing was one of the best things that I have ever done for myself. It has given me focus, confidence and an elevated drive for achievement. I get to push my body and see it transform into what I consider my best!

In an effort to share my knowledge and help others around me I studied to become a Certified Personal trainer with National Academy of Sport medicine (NASM). Shortly thereafter XelleFit was born. XelleFit allows me to help other reach they personal level of fitness Xellence by offering a range of services from personalized workout programs to customized meal plans.

My journey has taught me that hard work is rewarding and the results are well worth the effort. Being fit and healthy has now become a lifestyle not an obligation.
