I'm Shiloh Xiang. Currently living, learning, and making decisions in the vibrant city Hong Kong.

MA in Journalism Class of 2013, Concentration on Business and Financial news. Bachelor of Applied Economics.
I want to be a person who is capable, generous and nurtures victims rather than creates victims.

When I observed what was going around the society, when I wrote my critics on public and current issues, and when i was an intern journalist in the most fabulous media corporate (Southern Weekend) in mainland China, I thought I was walking on a path to being that kind of person.
That aside, I dabble in reading news, watching movies, writing film reviews, watching soccer, and eating good food.
I'm from the inland China city Yi Chang where the Three Gorges Dam is built. Then I went to college, which is in a coastal city. I enjoyed the learning process in my college life very much, but neither being as a bookworm nor only noting carefully everything I was told to, but also wrote my own critical reviews, actively followed current happenings in the world.

Now I’m in Hong Kong attending the best journalism program and I make up my mind: I want to be a journalist.
It's such a right time in such a right place to do such a right thing.
