I think everyone will have the trough period and peak period during their working and learning process, I’m no exception. When I was in my peak period,I will give myself a chance to go travel. So I always enjoy scenery and I spend a lot of nights in many hotels. Undoubtedly,I have some good experience and some terrible experience in these hotels.From these experience,I clearly define my career planning. I think I am a manager in a hotel, I will make every guest very comfortable, this is my own way to help my guests to get through their period and have a good trip.

As a graduating students of hotel management major,I strongly believe that make guests feel at home and provide good service are the most important thing.I think everything is more easier said than done, because we also tell others,I want to…but less of them can do it. so on the road, I always ask myself,how to accomplish that?

I think I obtain the answer from my several living experience. Firstly,I should master the basic knowledge about hotel management. Actually, I think I have already mastered the things that are written down in books.Secondly,maintain passion for work,this is what I have already have.Third,I think know the guests’ needs and according to their characteristics of personality to offer some individual service.

If I were a manager of a hotel,I believe that I will use my enthusiasm to overcome the frozen in your daily life,I will use my sincerity to relieve your work fatigue,I will use my circumspection to enrich your trip.
