Xiao came to Singapore when she was 17 years old from her hometown Chengdu, in China, studied Engineering with a Singapore Government scholarship.
Her overseas studies, travel and work experience in a number of Singaporean and multi-national firms has helped her embrace and empathize with Eastern and Western cultures.
