Hello, I'm Xiara Bello.

I am the oldest child of five and my favorite thing to do is read. I devour stories. I have a Lovebird named Luna, a cat named RoboCop and two Labrador Retriever mixes named Hershey and Lola. I'm currently deciding between majoring in Math or English. I love numbers and literature. I work with fourth graders at an after school program who would probably do a better job at public speaking than I would. The only times that I have ever spoken in public was for class presentations and only because it was mandatory.

My biggest fear about public speaking would be passing out from a panic attack. I have social anxiety and maybe this class will help with that.

Communication, as I would define it, is both the most simple and most complex form of expression. It's easy to do on a basic level but there are so many forms of it that make it complicated.
