I am a freshman in OSU majoring in education.The most strength in m signature themes is "achiever". This element describes me as a prospective, successful and minded person. I always hold an intention of doing my job very well and make others satisfied. Since i was young, I have concentrated on my studies to get good grades. I identify this strength the most because this meticulous attitude pushes me to try to do everything well, thus achieving success. This strength have great influence on my academic, personal and social life. Orientated by this element, I become one of the most competitive students in class. And i keep maintaining good relationships not only between my friends but also my family. I believe i will achieve more and help my students achieve happiness and success in the future.

My favorite Ohio tradition is the marching band. They perform a wonderful show in the football game period. They are believed to be the best marching band in the land.

I learn from my first year experience seminar that persistence is very crucial to our success. A person who quit half-way is hard to obtain achievement. Like Will Allen ,who experienced various obstacles and difficulties, insisted his dream and devoted to it, turning out to be a success in the end. Therefore, i regard this as one of my beliefs.
