Xolisani Tracy Tleane
Student, Teacher, and Small Business Owner in 285 Lilian Ngoyi street, Hillbrow, Johannesburg, 2001
Hi there! I'm Xolisani Tleane, a third-year student pursuing a bachelor's degree in education at the University of Johannesburg, with a focus on life sciences and mathematics. I have a strong interest in education and believe that every learner can succeed if they are given the right opportunities, support, and motivation.
My objective is to become a creative and motivating teacher who designs captivating lessons that support learner development in self-assurance, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. I like using technology and learner-centered teaching strategies to clarify difficult mathematical ideas and make learning more engaging.
I tutor learners in 8-10th grade in mathematics online in addition to my studies at the university. I assist children in strengthening their grasp of mathematical concepts, developing their problem-solving skills, and preparing for tests and exams through these sessions. My leadership, patience, communication, and classroom management skills have all improved as a result of working with children.
Continuous learning, in my opinion, is crucial for both professional and personal development. I'm constantly searching for ways to enhance my teaching methods, investigate cutting-edge educational technologies, and devise innovative approaches to assist pupils both within and beyond the classroom.
