We provide pre-construction planning, 3d and BIM design solutions to MEP Engineers, Retailers and Homebuilders.

Our core skills and main activities include provision of BIM models and construction documentation for MEP (M&E) projects, retail and homebuilding projects across a number of continents.

Our MEP (M&E) coordination work focuses on creation of spatially coordinated 3D Models that are clash tested before creating coordinated installation and construction drawings. We provide MEP coordination for healthcare, education, commercial, retail, leisure and entertainment sectors.

Our architectural work focuses on the provision of construction drawing sets for new homes and for retailers. We use a range of software tools including Revit, AutoCAD and ArchiCAD to provide our retail drawings and homebuilder drawings and currently work with customers in the UK, US, Australia and Canada.

We also provide laser scan to CAD modeling servicesfor architetucral, structural and MEP projects. We use a range of inputs including point cloud data to produce accurately dimensioned models that are used for design updates.
