Hello doll!

My name is Shannon, and I am in my twenties. It all started when I was very young, I loved having barbies, playing with anything girly like "Pretty Pretty Princess", I knew I loved hair when I would take my moms kitchen scissors and I would cut my barbies hair, I preferred the bigger barbie heads. Even then I was a little OCD when it came to things I did or made. I remember I cut a large Barbie head's hair into a bob and I was so happy with my work. Later on I had a birthday party and caught some friends hacking away at my perfectly cut bob. I threw a fit, could you imagine? Once I was old enough I looked up the proper career name for a hair stylist, what I found what "Cosmetologist". I told everyone what I wanted to be when I was older and I was just as proud to explain to them, "No it's not technically like a doctor, but it's like a hair doctor." Which I still believe is my trait! After going to cosmetology school, looking up tutorials, and thanks to my mom for always getting me good make up - I also have been into make up for years! I frequently get compliments on my skin, hair, and make up as well as people asking me to teach them how I do my hair or what I use. So I figured what better way than to make a blog to help people? I hope you love it, I'm very excited!

PS - As I stated above I'm a cosmetologist, not an English major, please excuse my poor grammar and spelling, I really do try.
