Xu Wang

Xu is pursuing his M.A. degree in business and economics reporting at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism. Before coming to Columbia, he has spent six years covering banking, real estate, technology, venture capital in China. Meanwhile, he also covered major events like the inaugural G20 Summit in Washington DC and the magnitude 7.8 earthquake devastated China’s west in 2008. Xu enjoys reading financial statments and finds they are great sources for story ideas.
